The restaurant of the “Hostaria dell'Orso” lies on the first floor of the ancient building: the ideal place to go for a romantic and elegant dinner night. An ample hall, illuminated by soft, indirect lighting, leads to the communicating rooms and on to the veranda, with one of the most beautiful panoramas of Rome. Here, in fact, an excellent dinner is served offering a view onto the River Tiber, towards St. Peter's and Castel Sant'Angelo.

The elegantly furnished rooms, with their ancient frescos - historical testimony of the building dated 1400 - offer you an ample choice of the appropriate surroundings for your evenings and the possibility to effect reservations.

Our main wish is to make you feel at home. We have also thought of allowing for a small smoking study, where, if you wish, you can savour one of our desserts, accompanied with a glass of excellent liquor from our rich wine cellar. The cuisine is directed by Salvatore Bianco in collaboration with restaurant manager Patrizio Catapano, both at your complete disposal and prepared to satisfy any request you may have.
